Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

VpsPilot is owned and operated by ElAdawy LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. ElAdawy LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the VpsPilot Android app and the vpspilot.app website (the "Services") provided by ElAdawy LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("ElAdawy LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

VpsPilot is an Android app for administering VPS servers over SSH from a phone, with a terminal and guided workflows. The app is offered on a subscription basis through Google Play. We may add, change or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your phone, your keys and your passphrases.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only on servers you own or are authorized to administer, and not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (d) infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates this section.

5. Your Servers and Commands

The app runs commands on servers you choose. You are responsible for the commands that run on your own servers, including those from built-in and custom recipes, and for reviewing previews before you continue. Changes to servers can cause data loss or downtime. Make backups first.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its code, designs, documentation and trademarks are the property of ElAdawy LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices.

7. Fees, Billing and Subscriptions

VpsPilot is paid. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, once per Google account, after which it costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year (Google Play shows local prices). Subscriptions are sold and renewed by Google Play, and are billed through your Google account. Google Play may ask for a payment method to start the trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the trial converts to a paid subscription. To cancel: In the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Then cancel VpsPilot. Access lasts until the end of the period you have paid for. When your subscription or trial ends, connecting to servers is blocked. Nothing is deleted, and Settings and app-data export keep working. Subscribing again restores access. Taxes are shown by Google Play at purchase.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Google under its own policy, as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

9. Data

The app collects no data. How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Your data stays on your phone and on your servers.

10. Availability and Changes

We try to keep the Services working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or change the Services and these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We give no warranty for changes made to your servers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElAdawy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data or server downtime, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for VpsPilot in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription and removing the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@vpspilot.app, or by mail to ElAdawy LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
