Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
VpsPilot is owned and operated by ElAdawy LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. ElAdawy LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
This Privacy Policy describes how ElAdawy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the VpsPilot Android app and the vpspilot.app website (the "Services"). The short version: the app collects no data.
1. Information We Collect
The VpsPilot app collects no personal data and sends none to us. We have no account system and no backend that receives your information. We do not use analytics or advertising tools in the app. If you email us, we keep that correspondence (see Your Rights).
2. What Stays on Your Phone
Your servers, SSH keys, known hosts, recipes, snippets and history are stored only on your phone. Private keys are kept in the Android Keystore, and the app cannot export them. If you use the encrypted app-data export, the file is created and kept by you. It never contains private keys.
3. Your Servers
When you connect to a server, the app talks directly from your phone to that server. We do not see that traffic, the commands you run, or their output. The servers belong to you or to the people who run them, and their own policies apply to them.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are sold by Google Play. Google processes your payment and holds your payment details. The app never sees card data. The app checks your subscription status with Google Play on your device and stores the result on the phone so it can work offline. Google's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
5. This Website
The vpspilot.app website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Like most web servers, our server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Because we do not collect data through the app, we have nothing to share from it.
7. Data Security
Keys are protected by the Android Keystore and can be set to unlock only with your screen lock or biometrics. No method of storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your phone and your servers secure.
8. Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have other rights under applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use VpsPilot.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated date, and where appropriate provide additional notice.
11. Contact
