Refund Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
VpsPilot is owned and operated by ElAdawy LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. ElAdawy LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
VpsPilot is a digital subscription sold through Google Play. There are no physical goods. Google Play handles payments and refund requests.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy covers payments for VpsPilot made through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to it. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Free Trial
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Google Play may ask for a payment method to start the trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. In the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period; see Refund Requests below.
4. Refund Requests
Subscriptions are final sale unless the law requires otherwise. Because Google Play is the seller of record, refund requests are handled by Google under its own policy. See Google Play refund help. If Google or the law grants a refund, we will respect it.
5. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
If you think you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will review it promptly and help you resolve it with Google.
6. Contact
Email support@vpspilot.app and include your Google Play order number. We reply within two (2) business days. You can also write to ElAdawy LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
